Chef Eric Elmer
A chef with 23 years experience specializing in organic, gluten free, specialty diets, and good home cooking, Eric is an Issaquah High School graduate and a Maple Valley resident. He is a family man with three children a 21 year old, a 17 year old, and a 14 month old, with hopes of more. In his spare time he enjoys cooking for his family and planning out complete food programs. He aims to please, rarely saying no. If it’s possible he will make it happen.
